The Parking Garage – Bestway Vietnam project is located within the Bestway factory premises in Long Giang Industrial Park, Tien Giang Province. To optimize land efficiency and meet the high parking demands of the workforce, ElipCo was appointed as the main contractor to execute the 2-storey parking structure.
Project Scope & Key Infrastructure Components:
2-Storey Worker Parking Facility: Total floor construction area of 949.8 sq.m, engineered with structural steel to maximize vehicle capacity.
Structural Works & Roofing: Precision-engineered steel framing, heavy-duty floor slabs, heat-insulated metal sheet roofing, and safe access ramps.
Auxiliary Utilities: Complete industrial lighting installation, pavement markings for parking spaces, roof drainage networks, and standard fire safety provisions.
