The MVN Industrial Joint Stock Company Factory project in Tan Binh Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province is a modern complex combining executive office spaces and manufacturing workshops. ElipCo executed the end-to-end structural construction, architectural finishing, and technical utility installation.
Project Scope & Key Infrastructure Components:
Executive Office Building: 3-storey structure (1 ground floor, 2 upper floors) with dimensions of 30.4m x 12.4m, designed with modern architectural finishing.
Two Steel Frame Factories: Pre-engineered long-span steel truss structures, each measuring 48m x 87m, optimized for industrial production lines.
Site Infrastructure & Roadways: Asphalt paved internal heavy-duty roads, water supply and drainage networks, domestic water storage tanks, and dedicated fire protection tanks.
Specialized Systems & M&E: Installation of a 560kVA transformer substation, complete mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, centralized wastewater treatment facility, and certified fire protection systems.
