The Cibao Vietnam Factory Phase 2 project represents a major production capacity expansion for Cibao Group inside Suoi Tre Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province. ElipCo was entrusted as the main contractor to execute the full structural construction, architectural finishing, and site infrastructure.
Project Scope & Key Infrastructure Components:
Manufacturing Workshop B2: Long-span pre-engineered steel structure with a total floor area of 9,011 sq.m.
Manufacturing Workshop B3: Modern industrial steel frame structure covering 4,200 sq.m.
Site Infrastructure & Internal Roads: Heavy-duty internal road system and civil drainage networks covering 16,171 sq.m.
Auxiliary Utilities: Comprehensive auxiliary items including security posts, perimeter fencing, technical pump stations, and storage tanks.
