The CFK Vietnam Co., Ltd. Factory project located inside Phu An Thanh Industrial Park, Long An Province is a modern industrial manufacturing complex. ElipCo was appointed as the main contractor to execute the full structural construction, architectural finishing, technical auxiliary structures, and internal transportation infrastructure.
Project Scope & Key Infrastructure Components:
2-Storey Production Workshop: Total floor area of 7,259.11 sq.m, designed to optimize manufacturing floor space.
4-Storey Administration Office: Total floor area of 1,339.51 sq.m featuring modern architectural finishes.
2-Storey Expert Residence Block: Floor area of 754.5 sq.m providing full living accommodation amenities.
Site Infrastructure & Auxiliary Works: Heavy-duty paved internal road network and complete auxiliary support facilities.
