Detailed Project Description:
The Cibao Manufacturing Workshop project is a major industrial workshop facility developed within Suoi Tre Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province. The facility was designed and constructed to enhance production capacity, streamline material handling, and accommodate modern manufacturing equipment lines.

Building Elevation: Ground Floor + 1 Upper Floor + Corrugated Steel Roofing
Structural Engineering & Technical Details:
Substructure: Reinforced concrete isolated footings engineered for cost efficiency and optimal foundation stability.
Superstructure: Hybrid structure combining heavy-duty reinforced concrete columns with industrial steel columns and truss frames to clear long spans and maximize usable floor space.
Enclosure & Roofing: 200mm double-brick masonry perimeter walls providing acoustic and thermal insulation, capped with high-grade corrugated steel sheet roofing for superior weatherproofing.
